LGL Studio is a trademark registered by us in the United States.
At the beginning, we happened to come across a Soviet-made vintage Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) on the market.
Its unique glowing effect sparked endless inspiration in us, and made us realize that this charming display technology was gradually being forgotten.
We noticed that most VFDs on the market were used in clocks, which led us to an idea:
Could we turn this retro yet unique display technology into a modern desktop product with aesthetic appeal?
With that thought in mind, we began independent development.
We have always believed that sincerity and a sense of responsibility are the foundation of a brand.
Therefore, we never cover up product issues or shy away from mistakes caused by our lack of experience.
In the early stages of our brand, we indeed had many shortcomings:
We focused too much on hardware structure and visual design, while neglecting the user experience of the setup interface.
At the same time, due to limited budget at the beginning, we chose a not-so-attractive but sturdy metal box as packaging, simply to reduce the risk of damage during shipping as much as possible.
We take these imperfections seriously — we have made systematic adjustments based on user feedback and continue to improve.
Today, we have completely simplified the interface setup logic, and the product packaging has been redesigned to better match the tone of our brand and aesthetics.
